HOME OWNERS:  Juniper is offering a special for "bulk plantings" to residents.  This will apply to residents who are looking to put plantings that are of a "like" nature.  So, if you are interested, please contact the VGCC office.  Juniper states that when they have 50 plants at a time, they will give special pricing.  Always make sure to access the form for the ARC prior to plantings in the community.

A common concern that is brought to the office is of residents who are not picking up after their animals.  A list of laws and regulations has been loaded to the "Info to Share" section so that you can become familiar with the laws of Collier County.  Please see some of the following issues of not picking up after your pets.

• Dog waste can transmit bacteria and viruses including tapeworm, roundworm, e-coli, parvo and more.
• Canine fecal matter is a top contributor to storm water pollution.
• Waste matter accumulation can negatively effect your lawns and health.
• Dog waste can NOT be used as a fertilizer.
• Dog waste accumulation can attract mice and parasites.
