An alligator has been spotte in the large lake on the west side of Birdie Drive.  The Alligator Hotline was contacted and the trapper called on 4/15/13 to state that he would begin setting up for trapping the alligator.

When sending email requests or correspondence to the Property Manager, please remember to put in your address and a good contact phone number.

On 4/18/13, the office will change from CenturyLink to Comcast for internet and phone services.  Also services are being set up for cable and internet in the guardhouse at the same time in preparation for access control services.

NOTICE!  THE WATER FOUNTAINS OUTSIDE THE FITNESS CENTER HAVE BEEN FIXED AND BOTH HAVE COLD RUNNING WATER!

Residents on the golf course after hours and kids using skateboards on golf sidewalks and using the slopes by the sand traps by the 4th hole.

REMINDER:  No parking on streets, and also over sidewalks when possible should be avoided.

NOTICE 3/18/13 - No ARC's will be accepted for processing unless they are signed by the owner.  Any stipulations that are submitted by the Board, or approved by the Board, MUST be counter-signed by the owner.  The owner signature serves as acknowledgement that he/she agrees with any Board requirements as noted on the ARC.  Once ARC's are fully approved, please maintain a copy for your records.
